ATTENTION!! Please follow below information.
1. Please check Error and Warning message in Event Viewer before you start the test case and after you complete the test case, and report it to your team lead, then arrange to open defect, if needed.

2. Perform All Test in Battery Mode (Some of the test items need to perform in AC Mode, follow each Test Case).

3. All Test Activity should be performed with AMT Enabled as Default (applicable on vPro enabled systems).

4. Please check Usability / Cosmetic issues (correct sentence/appropriate display/etc.) and open defect, if needed.

CHECK ALL THE SUPPORTED WIRELESS LAN / WiFi / WWAN adapters by the product.

5. Also confirm "Sign Up Now button" is shown. Once clicked, carier Self Activation wizard or activation information are shown.

Power Management Verification

1. Launch Mobile Broadband Connect application.

2. Suspend/Hibernate the system by Fn+F4 / Fn+F12.

3. Resume the system after 1 minute.

4. Confirm the carrier details are shown properly and no application error occurs.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 for 10 trials.

Hotkey Verification

Using Sensor Diagnostic Tool utility:

1. Install and launch Sensor Diagnostic Tool utility

2. On left pane under Sensors tab, choose the on-board GPS device listed.

3. On right pane, confirm system obtains satellite fix successfully when State shows "Ready" on green box.

Using NMEA Monitor utility:

1. Unzip the NMEA Monitor.zip package.

2. Under NMEA folder, double click NMEA.exe

3. If Error prompts, cannot open serial port #, click OK

4. Option settings will auto launch, and choose correct GPS port # under Serial Port.

5. Click OK.

6. Observe NMEA GUI, and confirm system gets Satellite fix (red circles, black bars)

Attachment "NMEA Monitor.zip"can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Using Google / Bing Maps:

1. Launch browser and open any search engine website (google.com)

Note: Make sure system is connected to the internet.

2. Search Google Maps or Bing Maps.

3. If prompted use your current location, please confirm / accept.

4. Observe Google / Bing Maps, and confirm system gets Satellite fix.

- No error message should appear in the system after launching Sensor Diagnostic Tool / NMEA Monitor utility.

- No error message should appear while obtaining satellite fix.
